John Arsenault

John brings over a decade of experience in the incentive compensation industry to Incentive Partners. He began his career as a Director of Finance, managing commission payments for a global sales team of 70, and later served as a Senior Solutions Engineer for Spiff by Salesforce. In this role, he provided expert guidance and solutions to hundreds of Spiff by Salesforce clients. His extensive background in both administering commissions and implementing commission automation solutions makes him a valuable asset for our clients' technical evaluations.

John resides in Halifax Canada with his wife, two children, and eight laying hens that ensure his kitchen is always stocked with fresh eggs.
